Fired by a vision borned out of more than 50 years of combined hands-on industry experience of the founding directors, NYC was established in 1994. NYC has quickly risen to the ranks of a leading design and build specialist in Malaysia.

NYC group of companies are registered with the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia.

With commitment to quality and service, quality materials, computer aided engineering facilities and a complete in-house set up for all activities, NYC is a prime designer, consultant, fabricator and contractor for functional and aesthetically pleasing steel structures, roof covering system, sunshades, sunscreens, skylights and building facade works.

Completeness is the key word here. We provide to our Clients a complete design and build package of custom design and solutions to the structure, covering, cladding, aesthetic elements and maintenance requirements.

Structure could be in the form of conventional welded steel trusses, architectural and aesthetically engineered beams or our MAXSPAN^® ball jointed space frame system. 

From tension membrane roof covering, metal roofing, skylight roofing; to thermal and sound insulated roof covering system; NYC provides pleasing, functional and economical solutions to our Client's needs.

We believe in the need of good control of daily works and commitments made to our Client. As such, all critical activities like design, engineering, draughting, project management, fabrication and installation are carried out by our own workforce and in our own facilities.

DISTRIBUTOR OF ALCOTEX PANEL

NYC is also the sole distributor of ALCOTEX^® aluminium composite panel for Malaysia. ALCOTEX aluminium composite panel is manufactured by Dae Myung Hwa Sung Co. Ltd, Korea.
